This appears to be a 32-bit limit issue. Just wait a couple of weeks for Eric to return from vacation and check it out...

Of the images I have, only about 40-50% are being recognised correctly

Yes I get the same problems with some PS2 images + redump.org DAT. All Hashes match but Romcenter reports the filesize wrong eg 4.0Gb when the iso is 4.4Gb. Because of the size difference, roms aren't being recognised correctly

Using this DAT and a PS1 image dump, I get issues. The CRCs of the two files clearly match, but RomCenter marks the file as an unknown. Renaming the image produces the same result, as does putting the image and CUE in one folder. Clrmame does not choke on this..
