Mess problems and "multiple rows in singleton select" are now fixed in 3.6.2. It will be available later this week. I'm now looking for the zipped chd problem.

Thank you for the analysis, I will fix that. Until then, stick to 3.59. Thank you.

(and no need to advertize for cm pro, everybody here know cm, and everybody at cm know romcenter)

And it works in 3.59 also bug free.

Use clrmamepro instead, is working well and bug free.

I did fix the MESS dat file for RomCenter 3.6.1.

- replace the XML header from the MESS dat file with the XML header from the MAME dat file
- change "<mess " to "<mame "
- change "</mess>" to "</mame>"
- change "<machine " to "<game "
- change "</machine>" to "</game>"

So I can load the MESS dat file and all looks fine.

But when I add the MESS rom path I get a SQL error in a popup window and the path is not added.

I got in RomCenter 3.6.1 the message that I must delete the database and recreate a new one for each system.

I did it with all my dat files but with the MESS dat file it did not work anymore.
This is not a new dat file, it was the same I used with RomCenter 3.59 without problems.
