it is my understanding that certain people collect rom files so I am wondering if people also collect files related to emulation, such as various emulators, utilities, and rom managers?
Would it be funny if you like downloaded romcenter, then prehaps a "rom managers DAT file" and then you could got and look for all the older versions of romcenter to fill in the missing ones, lol...
Seriously though, I've been thinking about this off and on for a long time since I started downloading emulators and stuff, and noticed they were always comming out with new versions but some would be discontinued and disapear so you would not have it unless you saved your old download!
So I've played around with some of these files and made some test DAT files and noticed they work fine, although some times a little extra work is required... Anyone else have any interest in DAT files that would be related to emulation in general, but would not be for rom files?
