Same issue with a Hang-On BIOS for Sega Master System when using sms.dll - mistakenly detects it as a .gg ROM.

Creating DB without sms.dll results in a CRC match.

FYI, I'm experiencing the same issue with the 4.0.0.40461 official release. Re-importing the no-intro database without snes.dll *does* appear to be a viable workaround.

Romcenter analyses rom structure and rename them with the correct extension.
Just deny the use of snes plugin when you import the dat (some rom in special formats won't be detected any more).

I will improve this part in a future release.

RC4 renaming roms to mgd

I have a bunch of SNES roms, smc file extension inside zip files. After using RC4, they've all been renamed to mgd file extension inside the zip file. This makes it so RetroArch can't play the games anymore. I've looked inside the database file that I got from no-intro, and there's no mention of .mgd file extension anywhere. There's only many references to .sfc files. Why is RC4 renaming the files like this, and how can I stop it?
