Fixed [3.11 BUG] Preferences directories error

Couldnt find anywhere else to post this as the BUG area seems to be locked.

Download and installed V3 then updated to v3.11, in Preferences then General tab there are 2 file areas you can select under Backup Directory and Temp Directory, however the folder selection button "..." for Temp directory actually puts the folder tree in to the Backup Directory input box.

This is indeed a bug. It will be ok in version 3.2
