First of all, I would like to say that since using the Beta 2.1, the efficiency/memory usage issues have greatly improved.
However, I don't know if this is a bug or a not yet implemented feature, but lots of rom sets are shown in yellow with the roms in uppercase showing as 'Bad name' even though I have set the Case settings in 'Fix options' as 'Don't touch' for both sets and roms.
Fixed [4.0 b2.1] Difference in case of roms reported as 'Bad name'

I confirm that this happens. The "Don't touch" option (which perhaps should be "ignore") not only marks as yellow the rom that does not have the same case with the datafile, but also when the "fix" is pressed, RC renames the yellow rom to make the case of the filename the same as the datafile.
