Bug on Windows 7 Ultimate 64bits

Hello :P

I'm experiencing problems with the RC 3.4, the program don't show information DataBase, any idea what might be?

I'm using Windows 7 Ultimate 64bits 7100

Did you load a database ?

This is the problem, i can't even load the database. Neither option works.

Don't the 'file/new' menu enabled ?
