Kawaks/MAME ERROR (assistance needed)

i ask for any assistance that i can get in figuring out what is wrong.
when i start any Neo-Geo rom (using Kawaks v. 1.59) that i have, it displays the following after a second or two:

"Couldn't find 000-lo.lo (e09e253c) for game, ERROR"

if you could please answer me directly as to what the problem is, it would be a great help.
i have checked many faqs, and different places as to how i could fix this but never came up with
any solution to it.

never mind, i figured it out. to anyone else who is wondering, the name i gave that Kawaks was not finding
is because it wasn't there to begin with. if you are using Kawaks, you can go to Romnation.net and search for
"neogeo.zip" file (or go to Google.com and simply type in "neogeo.zip" and you should see the same thing).
when you finish downloading it, put the zip file in the neogeo folder (the one that holds the ROMs).
then, it should have the necessary files to play.

Fyi, neogeo.zip is the neogeo bios roms and is mandatory for all neogeo games. Romcenter display that in the third column of the database nodes.
