Hi Eric.

It seems that when romcenter is executed, it discovers a language other than Fr in the Locale folder and uses it. Is there a way to have multiple translations and select the one you wish to see?

Actually, romcenter use the default.mo file located in your country folder:
- Romcenter\locale\<country_code>\LC_MESSAGES\default.mo

Country_code can be found here.

For example, in France, the path will be Romcenter\locale\FR\LC_MESSAGES\default.mo
To change your language, simply replace the default.mo.
To use the english language, remove the mo file.

So, if i wanted to switch between languages while working with RC, i would have to delete or insert the .mo files under the \locale\ folder and restart RC? It doesn't seem very practical. OK, one would not switch languages all the time, he would probably select one and leave it as is but wouldn't it be more practical to have a way to select the language (maybe from a list in preferences or from a menu like spybot) and perhaps switch it while RC was running?

Just some ideas...

I think most people will use their local windows language, or english. You can delete your /locale folder to go back to english.
I can add more option in romcenter to allow dynamic language switch, but I think users prefer to have a file zipper, or 7zip support...

Romcenter\locale\ES\LC_MESSAGES

All lines were translated.
