Maybe you have a particular file which raise the error. Could you try to reproduce the error by replacing old files ?
If you can locate some files with problems, you could send them and I will fix romcenter.

sorry, can't help. i removed the older prog when i put the new one on.

the prog has been running fine until this day and again it gives the same error every time i fix a rom.
for me, it's not a real problem as romcenter still appears to work and is still the best program for auditing roms.

When i fix all roms in a rom path, and then there is no rom to fix, i get this error and i must restart RC.
I can reproduce this error with every rom path, when after fix there is no bad rom in this path.

I have RC3.11 and WindowsXP with service Pack 3.

Hi,

I recently had the same issues, here is how to reproduce:
1. Have all roms/games filter icons enabled (show all)
2. Add any rom path, containing some correct files and some files to fix
3. Now click "Show/Hide correct files" leaving only the files needing fixes
4. Select all and choose "Fix game" from the context menu
-> the access violation happens as soon as all files were fixed and the refresh of the path (probably when there is supposed to be no more file to be fixed in the list.

Cheers
