hi i am new here
i have download 3.31 rom center
i have window xp sp2 , i don't know how to play
i have load game but it is saying goto preference and select an emulator
i have use all the emulator that give in rom changer but game not started please help me
please tell me what i do ?

You do not need romcenter to play a game. All you need is an emulator and the game you wish to play.

The purpose of romcenter is to validate the game files (make sure they are "correct" and can be played by the emulator).

Romcenter (RC) is a rom manager, a program with which you can manage collections of games supported by an emulator. Its purpose is to give you the ability to:

View all games supported by an emulator plus all the games you have in your collection for it
Fix missing or bad-named games and roms in your collection (this will be analyzed later on) so they can be playable by the emulator
