This concerns global rom manager concept, faq, links, translation, dat formats, documentation etc...

I can't promise much due to lack of time lately, but perhaps i could help with some minor stuff for now (i.e. like corrections to the language - i've already spotted a couple in the main page). Plug me in if you feel like it.
