Romcenter 3 runs out of memory trying to create dataset from Mame list?

Running Romcenter 3 on Windows 10 trying to create a database from Mame 0.200, and I get an error in French that it's run out of memory.

Any thoughts?

I don't think RC3 is compatible with mame .200 dats...

Test things in RC4...
