I wrote a little utility to test the 'browse for folder' bug.
This bug appears when you click the 'add rom path' menu on windows me. It crashes the application. The temporary solution is to drag and drop folders directly from explorer to romcenter.

As I don't use windows me, I put this little utility on line with two tests. I would like some people to test it and tell me if it works or not on your system.

The tool have two buttons 'number 1' and 'number 2'. These buttons uses differents settings of the browse dialog. (I think the second button will work on all systems. Tell me if I'm right).

Just tested your utility, button 1 works on my system but button 2 didn't.
Win ME is a pain at times.

Anybody have windows 98 and 95 to test ? I would like to know if I have to detect only windows me to change the settings.
