hey, wenever i try to play the game ogre battle 64 i get an error reading


"Attempt to open zip file failed
Missing or corrupt zip file - check path and file
You may need to restart the application"

ive dled the game off of 2 different sources and i got this error after both of them.

If your trying to use RomCenter to run this game directly it won't work. RomCenter is not an emulator.
If trying to use RomCenter to launch an emulator make sure it supports direct game selection through command line.
If you need an emulator try 1964 (Probably the best available) or Project64 (Works well with older computers and graphics cards/onboard graphics).

i downloaded this game like i said before, and i have a pj64 emulator..........

Make sure you've set up the Emulator path and parameters in RomCenter.
Go to Files > preferences and click on the romsets tab.
Emulator exe - browse to your Project64 directory and select Project64.exe
Now place %3 in the parameter settings.

This works for me. If you still have problems it's probably a corrupt or bad rom.

i can play other games fine so it must be the ROM....... but ive talked to other people who have dled the game off the same site and it worked fine for them, --Romrequest removed--

1. This is the Romcenter board - keep it on topic (we have an forum for this)
2. Dont request roms
3. Read the documentation of the Emulator
4. Verify your rom using e.g. Romcenter + the correct dat file.
5. If it still not works, change the Emulator, read the documentaion again
6. Post questions on the boards of the Emulator
