Romcenter

The forum has been update to the latest version (at last).
It fixes some security holes and hopefully, it will reduce spam and forum vandalism we met past weeks.
Anyway, the board is now back to normal.

About romcenter, a new version (3.50) is ready, but I'm waiting for a fix in the new zip engine.
This version fixes bugs as usual, and add more multithreaded fix operations for an big speed increase.
