NES File Corruption

So I just started getting used to Rom Center and was organizing my nes roms and "fixed" them with rom center but to my surprise now my files do not work anymore! Luckily I had a backup, but now I need to figure out why this happened.. assuming it's a bug in rom center. My games always worked in FCEUX but now they don't. Anyone know why this is happening?

Hi there and welcome to the forum.

Just an idea: wrong dat file maybe? RC does (or should do anyway) what the dat file instructs. Check a game that does not work after the "fix". Do the included roms exist in the dat file for this game? If yes, then RC has done a great job and the dat file is not compatible with the version of the emulator you have.
