Version 10.1 is a hotfix for version 10. It fixes the update dialog still showing after the update.

What's new
  • You can now select the regions you want to keep before importing a dat (USA, EUR, JAP...). This is mostly used with 'no-intro' dat.
  • Dat filter features are now disabled if dat doesn't use them (nodump, bios...).
  • When selecting a dat for import, db file name and path is automatically set
  • Drag and drop a dat file in the main window to open the 'create db' view. Paths are automatically filled.
  • Old romcenter 2.5 dat format can be imported
See below for other improvments and bug fixes.

Although this version is stable, this is still a beta version. Be carefull with your files.
You can report issues or improvments directly here. You can also vote for your favorites work item.
Note: the romcenter log file location is displayed in the log window at startup.

Nice. Thanks for the updates.

A minor thing (done on purpose perhaps?). When RC10 started, the first thing that popped up was a message:

Romcenter update available.
Current version: 4.0.0.beta10
New version: 4.0.0.beta_10

:)

P.S.: A suggestion. Just before releasing a new version here, remember to add the version number in the bug tracker. That way, when someone tries out the new release, he will be able to immediately enter a new bug / enhancement using the correct version. :) Thanks.

I'm waiting for this to be fixed: https://bitbucket.org/ebolefeysot/romce ... vices-roms imho is high priority, because there is a lot of Bios/Device files duplicated inside main roms instead of being split in a separate file as should.

Note that bioses are handled correctly and split into files. Only devices are not yet split.
