When verifying my games, some of the roms has the green archive icon without check but with the status of Ok. What does it mean?

What exactly do you mean when you say " without check"? Can you post an image?

The 'check' status on icons means the game is marked as 'verified' in the dat. This is mostly used with no-intro dats.
