Why would you use RomCenter with RetroArch?
You mean addin it's *.exe to the emulator path inside RomCenter's settings? I don't think that's gonna work that way...
I mean, only standard mame.exe.
Btw, why are you on version 3.x?

Re: Error in database filtering
Hey zup!
Maybe I'm misunderstanding your needs, but...
Why don't you try to setup your set using the arcade-only DAT for MAME 0.220?

NOfix CHDs NOfix Samples, but they're in rompaths
Hi to all!
So... I added various sources to my add-paths and I have only one romset to be fixed.
Added destination (/destination/path/to/fixed/roms), OK.
Database created, OK.
Added other add-paths, Ok.
Settings > Merge mode > split is for all : split-rom, split-bios, split-samples ...

Re: fix *only* principal rompath destination, secondary add paths
Create a new DB from the datafile and add a new roms folder in which copy only the files you wish to check/fix.
Hey Wanderer !
Ok, I've done that.
But... I also added a lot of others rompaths (readonly ISOs).
And now I'm proceeding to fix my various releases...
How can I be sure to fix only roms ...

Re: Latest version 4 of RC failing on Ubuntu 18.04...
The 3.x version works fine with wine, but all the 4.x versions I tried don't work. Crashes back to shell. Can provides screen copies if needed.
Thanks for this great utility ;)

Re: Which .conf file contains my rompath(s)?
Hello and welcome here.
All data (including rompaths) are stored in the database file (the one with .rdt extension).
Have a nice day.
Hey Wanderer!
Rather than adding all my paths one-by-one via RomCenter GUI (waiting for every path to be scan and analyzed), is possible to edit *.rdt and add ...
