A new feature for romcenter

Well I goofed and deleted my backups of my roms so only person to be angry is at myself. However I think to avoid such future anoyances romcenter should be slightly modified so it leaves .chd files alone the ones I lost aren't that big a deal except killer instinct 1 and 2 as I am rather partial to the games but meh I can get them back in a few days. Still just a suggestion.
