Hello,

why is it that RomCenter does not recognize ROM archives even though the Signature it displays is known in the Games database? Do I have to rename all of my archives by hand?

0007 - Akumajou Dracula - Circle Of The Moon (J)(Capital)

vs.

0007 - Castlevania - Circle Of The Moon (J)(Capital).zip

The archive has the same checksum as the Game database entry yet RomCenter does not recognize this and offer to rename the archive + rom. This is a bit annoying

This is down to teh DAT file your using. You will have to source a DAT file that renames files and roms to teh format you want.

There are several out there. All are different.

Thats all you need to do.
