Romcenter 3.0 And Mameox128_plus_ver20060505 ???

I installed the newest romcenter (3.0 and 3.10 update) but i don't know why (using the same dats file) it gives me different results from romcenter 2.71. ...the roms that were good for the first often have missing files in mameox 128, while using the old version 2.71 if a game is good for romcenter it is good also for the emulator.
Obviously i reinstalled 2.71.
May anyone give me an answer? Thanks in advance

Can you give me one example of differences ?
Romcenter 3.10 should be more accurate than 2.x.
