I'm new to RomCenter and am hoping someone here can answer this question. I searched the forum, but couldn't find any information.
Let's say I have a directory containing multiple subdirectories of ROMs for a single system. Can I point RomCenter to the parent directory and have it create a new romset (that's 1G1R from all the roms I have) in a new directory leaving the original files and directories intact?
I've been playing around with it and each time my original sub directories are deleted during the fixing process.
Any help is GREATLY appreciated!!
Create new romset without affecting existing files?

Hi there.
Romcenter is designed to work directly with the provided folder, so why don't you manually copy all files to a new folder and then let Romcenter do its job?

Re: Create new romset without affecting existing files?
That's what I've been doing as I've played around with it. I was just hoping I might be able to skip the step of copying the roms elsewhere before working with them. No worries though.Wanderer wrote:Hi there.
