dbjh, author of the SNES plug-in, erroneously used the GPL header in the SNES plug-in sources instead of the LGPL header. The new package with the corrected source files is uploaded.
RomCenter 2.70 beta 5 released
This beta fix some new and old bugs. 
– Sublist not working on previous beta. Datutil 2.14 can now generate sublists.
